Bodhi Dharma House is a charitable organization established to promote the teachings and practices of Buddhism, located in Englewood, Colorado, guided by Khenpo Choepel Rinpoche in the Drikung Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.

It offers a peaceful environment for study, meditation, and reflection — a place where anyone, regardless of background, can cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and inner clarity.

Rooted in authentic lineage and adapted for modern life, Bodhi Dharma House aspires to nurture a community grounded in wisdom, ethical living, and genuine care for all beings.

Chenrezig Mani Drubcho

Dedicated to World Peace and the Long Life of His Holiness The Dalai Lama

The Chenrezig Mani Drupcho is a special group retreat centered on Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion. In this practice, participants visualize Chenrezig and recite the six-syllable mantra Om Mani Padme Hung. Through this meditation and mantra recitation, practitioners cultivate loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhichitta—the wish for all beings to be free from suffering and attain enlightenment.

This event is primarily dedicated to world peace and harmony, and to the long life of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Khenpo Choepel Rinpoche Teaching at Colorado Ratna Shri

Khenpo Choepel Rinpoche has been invited to offer teachings at Colorado Ratna Shri Sangha in Thornton, Colorado.

He will teach The Vajra Songs of Jigten Sumgön, sharing profound instructions from the Drikung Kagyu lineage. The Vajra Songs of Jigten Sumgon Include: Supplication to the Lineage Gurus; Song of the Five Profound Paths of Mahamudra; Song of the Six Confidences; Song at Tsa-Uk Dzong-Drom; Song that Clarifies Recollection; Supplication to the Kagyu Gurus for the Mist of Great Blessings; Supplication to Tara; and Song on Attaining Enlightenment.​

Thursday – Rotating Practices

📅 Dates: Starting 20 November 2025, 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Practices rotate weekly through the following:

  • Medicine Buddha Practice and Meditation
  • Chenrezig (Compassion Buddha) Practice and Meditation
  • Noble Tara Practice and Meditation

These sessions will continue through Christmas and into January 2026.

Sunday – The Jewel Ornament of Liberation (Stages of the Path: Buddha Nature)

An in-depth textual study of Gampopa’s Jewel Ornament of Liberation, continuing weekly by chapter. Each session builds upon the previous one until the chapter concludes before moving to the next topic.
